Due to the intimate nature of our products, Jockstraps.com only accepts returns on unworn items in their original, sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, any items that have been tried on or removed from their factory seal are strictly non-returnable.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging with all tags attached to meet our strict hygiene and safety standards.

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account or contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your package.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack the unopened items and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box to ensure efficient processing at our warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the seals are intact, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
