The Pikante Minimalist Jockstrap is basically a mesh pouch with three straps. Two act as leg straps, and the third acts as the waistband. Unlike a traditional waistband this one runs upward (just as the leg straps run down) and is intended to be worn higher up on the waist. The pouch is on the smaller side but does have nice stretch. May not fit the well endowed.
