If you have been waiting for a starter harness at a very reasonable price your wait is over.  Introducing the Cellblock 13 Bandit Harness.  This upper body stand alone harness is made of high quality polyester & spandex elastic in popular fetish colors. It is form fitting as these great fabrics together allow for great flexibility and elasticity.  You can wear the Bandit Harness on it's own or you can pair it with any of the previous and current CB13 gear and underwear.  We recommend you pair this harness with the matching Cellblock 13 Bandit Jockstrap which is sold separately here at Jockstraps.com.  Unlike most Cellblock 13 Harnesses that come in S-L sizes, this one comes in four sizes.  Buy this item based on chest size.
